About the role
The International HR Development Academy, based in Ulaanbaatar and offering HR audit, consultancy, headhunting, training and outsourcing services, is hiring a part-time remote Sales Manager. The Sales Manager manages sales activities, develops strategies to increase revenue, builds and maintains client relationships and achieves sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Create sales plans and conduct market research
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Fluency in English and Mongolian
- Experience in the human resources industry is a plus
Required skills
- Sales strategy development, revenue generation and client relationship management
- Market research and analysis
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
