ESG and Corporate Partnership Specialist

About the role

World Vision Mongolia, a Christian charity helping vulnerable children in nearly 100 countries, is looking for an ESG and Corporate Partnership Specialist. The role develops and executes strategies that align corporate partners' ESG and CSR priorities with the organization's goals, especially the Mongolians to Mongolians (M2M) program and the needs of the most vulnerable children, and strengthens corporate partnerships to mobilize resources for child protection, education and community resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ESG-aligned corporate fundraising strategies and marketing materials, map corporate ESG and CSR priorities, and design annual corporate engagement plans with targets, timelines and impact indicators.
• Identify and cultivate new corporate partners, negotiate and manage partnership agreements (MoUs, contracts, joint initiatives), write tailored proposals and maintain regular reporting and impact storytelling.
• Liaise internally to uphold quality standards, manage reputation risks, coordinate with Support Offices, ensure compliance with communications and child protection policies, oversee fundraising tracking and M&E systems, and manage contracts and partnership documentation.
• Integrate ESG frameworks and trends into fundraising, introduce models such as blended financing, sustainability campaigns, green financing and impact bonds, use digital platforms, and promote impact storytelling.
• Support grant proposal development and mass-market fundraising campaigns that involve corporate partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate fundraising, donor relations or ESG/CSR partnership management.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mongolian.
• Preferred: proven fundraising and partnership experience, solid knowledge of ESG frameworks and CSR trends, persuasive communication and strategic thinking.
• Passion for the organization's mission of child protection and sustainable development.
