ESG and Corporate Partnership Specialist

About the role

World Vision Mongolia is looking for an ESG and Corporate Partnership Specialist to amplify corporate funding for environmental, social and governance (ESG) causes and sustainable development. The role develops and executes strategies aligned with corporate partners' ESG and CSR priorities, positions the organization as a trusted development partner and strengthens corporate partnerships so they advance child protection, education and community resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ESG-aligned corporate fundraising strategies and marketing materials, map corporate ESG and CSR priorities to the organization's priorities (including the M2M program and the needs of the most vulnerable children), and design annual corporate engagement plans with targets, timelines and impact indicators.
• Identify and cultivate new corporate partners through research, networking and outreach, negotiate and manage partnership agreements (MoUs, contracts, joint initiatives), develop tailored proposals and maintain regular updates and impact storytelling.
• Liaise internally to uphold quality standards, monitor and manage reputation risks, coordinate with Support Offices, ensure adherence to communications, child protection and other policies, oversee fundraising tracking and M&E systems, and manage contracts and partnership documentation.
• Integrate ESG frameworks and trends into fundraising, introduce models such as blended financing, sustainability campaigns, green financing and impact bonds, use digital platforms for engagement and promote impact storytelling.
• Support grant proposal development and mass-market fundraising campaigns and events that involve corporate partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate fundraising, donor relations or ESG/CSR partnership management.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mongolian.
• Preferred: persuasive communication, solid ESG and CSR knowledge, proven fundraising and partnership experience, strategic thinking, and a commitment to the organization's mission.
