Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

Tenger Insurance, a subsidiary of Mandal Financial Group and one of Mongolia's leading insurers with over 25 years of experience, is hiring a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Manager in Ulaanbaatar. The role identifies and develops new corporate clients, manages sales pipelines and drives revenue growth across commercial insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead lead generation efforts and identify new corporate clients
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, and negotiate contracts
• Manage sales pipelines and monitor sales performance to meet targets
• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions
• Oversee key account management and ensure high-quality customer service
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies and support long-term client retention

Required profile

• Experience meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets
• Experience in account management, lead generation and prospecting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services or B2B sales is highly beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Ulaanbaatar and manage multiple priorities
