Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – On‑site in Ulaanbaatar

About the role

Lambda.Global is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team in Ulaanbaatar. The CFO will be responsible for shaping the company’s financial future, ensuring robust reporting, and supporting strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and long‑term planning.
• Oversee preparation, analysis, and timely reporting of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Lead finance teams, strengthen internal controls, and continuously improve financial processes.
• Provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership and present financial performance to stakeholders.
• Manage risk, investor relations, and support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably as CFO or equivalent in growth‑oriented organizations.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial management.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting.
• Advanced analytical abilities for interpreting data and delivering actionable recommendations.
• CFA certification and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
