Partner Relationship Manager – Mongolian Speakers

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Partner Relationship Manager who speaks Mongolian to drive the acquisition, onboarding and growth of partners within our financial services business. You will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring partners achieve their objectives while complying with our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new partners, and nurture existing relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison, addressing partner needs, resolving issues and supporting their business goals.
• Ensure partner activities comply with company, regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, events and other internal teams to design and execute market development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry expos, conventions, training sessions and seminars, with occasional short‑term travel.
• Provide strategic insights to help partners retain and expand their business.
• Meet and exceed KPIs focused on business growth and target achievement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in partnership management or business development within financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with partners.
• Proven sales and business development track record in a competitive market.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial services regulatory requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure global environment.
• Fluency in English and Mongolian; additional languages are a plus.
