About the role

The Asset Valuer is responsible for assessing collateral assets, analysing market price trends and legal environments, establishing benchmark valuations, and evaluating construction quality and required financing. The role supports loan operations by providing accurate valuation information to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate collateral assets and determine their market value.
• Conduct research on market price conditions and legal frameworks affecting assets.
• Set benchmark valuations according to international and local standards.
• Assess the performance and technological quality of construction projects.
• Calculate required financing amounts for loan participants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Engineering, Business Management, Economics or related field.
• Specialisation in asset valuation.
• At least one year of professional experience in valuation or related area.
• Strong problem‑solving, planning and responsibility skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and adapt to change.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building standards and construction technology.
• Understanding of market price dynamics and financial concepts.
• Familiarity with international and Mongolian asset valuation standards.
• Research, analysis and risk assessment capabilities.
• Proficiency in preparing valuation documentation.
