Real Estate Agent – Ulaanbaatar

About the role

Orchids Solution is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its Ulaanbaatar office. You will be responsible for connecting buyers, sellers and renters with suitable properties while ensuring all transactions comply with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, list and market residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through buying, selling or leasing processes.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal and financial professionals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and property values.
• Provide responsive customer service and apply sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and nurture a network of clients and partners.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, transactions and documentation.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid understanding of local regulations.
• Proven sales and customer‑service abilities to manage relationships and close deals.
• Familiarity with Ulaanbaatar’s market trends, property valuation and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate sales in Ulaanbaatar or similar markets is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using real‑estate listing platforms.
