About the role

We are launching our fourth RE/MAX SKY branch in Ulaanbaatar and are looking for motivated individuals to join the new team as full‑time Real Estate Agents. You will build your own client network, guide buyers and sellers through each transaction stage, and develop a sustainable real‑estate business under the RE/MAX brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate business opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, provide market advice, and prepare listings.
• Support negotiations, coordinate transactions, and ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain client information in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship programs.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in real‑estate sales.
• Basic computer literacy; ability to learn CRM and digital tools.
