About the role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Agent to connect prospective tenants with suitable living spaces. You will guide clients from the first inquiry through to the final lease agreement, leveraging your sales experience and entrepreneurial drive to close deals efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Stage and show living spaces to prospective tenants.
• Advertise and market available properties across relevant channels.
• Identify and reach out to new prospects to generate leads.
• Discover each client’s criteria and match them with appropriate living spaces.
• Negotiate rental terms and finalize lease agreements.
• Drive buyers through the closing process to ensure successful transactions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related fields.
• Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
