Welder – Workshop (Ulaanbaatar)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our workshop in Ulaanbaatar. The role focuses on performing welding and cutting tasks while maintaining a strong safety culture in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in safety toolbox meetings and promote a “safety first” culture.
• Identify and report hazards, near‑misses, accidents or unsafe equipment according to company procedures.
• Carry out routine welding and cutting using gas, electric and other techniques.
• Inspect welds for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Select and operate appropriate welding tools and equipment safely.
• Adhere to all company policies, work procedures and site analyses.
• Perform special assignments and additional tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Valid welding qualification certificate (copy required).
• Commitment to safety and willingness to use personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work on‑site in a workshop environment.
