Project Coordinator – Faith & Development (Maternity Cover)

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the Faith & Development Project in Ulaanbaatar on a maternity‑cover basis (1‑2 years). You will work closely with local government units, community organisations and faith‑based partners to improve child well‑being across target areas.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and monitoring of project components, including Child Protection, Channels of Hope, Home Visitor, Celebrating Families and Empowering World View.
• Facilitate consultative planning sessions with stakeholders and ensure community engagement.
• Manage project budgets in line with World Vision financial policies and donor requirements, ensuring timely and accurate expenditures.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and other required reports, maintaining full documentation and visibility plans.
• Monitor contractor performance, collect monitoring data and contribute to high‑quality donor reports.
• Identify and develop new partnerships to strengthen project impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating development or humanitarian projects, preferably in child protection or community development.
• Strong ability to work with government agencies, NGOs, faith‑based organisations and local communities.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills, with attention to donor compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting accurately.
