Program Quality, Impact and Evidence Senior Manager

About the role

The Program Quality, Impact and Evidence Senior Manager will join World Vision Mongolia’s Senior Leadership Team to drive high-quality, evidence-based programming that improves the lives of vulnerable children. Reporting to the National Director, this senior role provides strategic leadership across programme quality, impact measurement, learning and adaptive management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organisational measurement of Results for Children and ensure evidence informs programme outcomes.
• Oversee AIM, AIM+, evaluations, impact studies and evidence synthesis to assess effectiveness and guide strategic decisions.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to the SLT through regular analysis of trends, risks and opportunities.
• Implement adaptive management approaches, translating learning into programme improvements.
• Integrate Future Ready Sponsorship and Integrated Programming Framework quality standards into planning, implementation and review.
• Ensure evidence generated contributes to advocacy, influence and donor resource development.
• Lead evidence generation, assessments and learning products that strengthen competitiveness for donor funding.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience within a humanitarian or development organisation.
• Proven ability to provide strategic, evidence‑based guidance to senior management.
• Deep understanding of programme quality, impact measurement, monitoring, evaluation and adaptive management.
• Experience aligning programmes with partnership priorities such as Results for Children and Integrated Programming Framework.
• Ability to champion data innovation, knowledge management and organisational learning.
