Senior Site Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Site Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and strengthening relationships with designated customers across a defined geographical area in Mongolia. The role contributes significantly to territory growth by leveraging FLSmidth’s product and service portfolio and maintaining sustained customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to reduce white spots, increase wallet share and capture new opportunities such as M&A and agent agreements.
• Identify key stakeholders in customer accounts and implement relationship‑management plans to grow existing and prospective business.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM data, capture pipeline information and ensure two‑way communication of feedback and recommendations.
• Present FLSmidth product and service propositions that meet customer needs, negotiate standard commercial terms and involve senior colleagues when concessions are required.
• Collaborate internally as the customer champion, work with cross‑functional teams and ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.

Required profile

• Technical qualification, preferably an engineering degree.
• Proven sales experience in the Mongolian mining industry.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Fluency in the local language.
