Senior Accountant

About the role

As our Senior Accountant, you'll lead the accounting operations of our Mongolia and Singapore entities while working directly with the Head of Finance to strengthen financial governance, improve processes, and modernize Finance. This role offers the chance to solve problems, improve systems, and build better ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting operations of our Mongolia and Singapore entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely month‑end, year‑end, and statutory reporting.
• Oversee tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen accounting controls and improve financial governance.
• Simplify, standardize, and improve accounting processes.
• Support finance system enhancements, ERP implementation, and automation initiatives.
• Mentor junior accountants and help build a high‑performing Finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including full‑cycle accounting and financial closing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Mongolian tax regulations.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements and coordinating external audits.
• Passion for continuous learning and improving Finance operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Understanding of Mongolian tax regulations.
