About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead market research, develop seasonal strategies, and manage brand positioning for leading IT and smart‑device brands such as Xerox, AXIS, Dell, and Lenovo. The role works closely with sales teams to create compelling B2B campaigns and drive lead conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape annual and seasonal marketing plans.
• Maintain brand standards, ensure consistent visual identity, and liaise with vendor representatives.
• Collaborate with sales to produce technical solution materials and organise digital and traditional campaigns.
• Develop and manage CRM databases, attract potential customers, and increase sales conversion rates.
• Plan and monitor co‑op/MDF budgets, evaluate ROI, and propose process automation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT or smart‑device marketing and sales.
• Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher) for interaction with international brand representatives.
• Creative, collaborative, and proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.

• Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Experience with AI‑driven marketing tools.
