Senior Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for fast‑moving consumer goods in Mongolia. Based in Ulaanbaatar, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, trade marketing and distribution teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor brand performance, analyse market and consumer data, and track competitor activity.
• Manage brand budgets and coordinate with agencies and external partners.
• Prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Lead brand‑related projects and mentor junior marketing staff.
• Ensure all brand communications align with company values and long‑term objectives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in brand management, marketing strategy and campaign planning for consumer goods.
• Experience in market research, data analysis and consumer insights.
• Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, retail activation and trade marketing.
• Proven project‑management, cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
• Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (master’s degree a plus).
• Several years of progressively responsible experience in brand or marketing management, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Fluency in Mongolian and good command of English.
