Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience Consultant to support a leading construction company in Mongolia. The consultant will assess current practices and deliver actionable strategies to improve market positioning, sales performance and the overall customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing marketing, sales and customer experience processes.
• Analyse market positioning, target segments and growth opportunities.
• Develop practical marketing and sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Improve the sales pipeline, lead‑generation and conversion approaches.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen brand visibility.
• Evaluate customer interactions and propose enhancements to the customer journey.
• Create tools, guidelines and action plans for implementation.
• Support management in translating recommendations into measurable actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Present findings, recommendations and implementation priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer experience or business development.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer journey improvement and commercial growth.
• Ability to assess existing practices and deliver results‑oriented recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder‑management and presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior management teams.
