Marketing Manager (Mongolia)

About the role

Jana Post is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead local marketing initiatives in Mongolia. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, turning business objectives into measurable actions that drive customer acquisition, orders, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing and social media strategy.
• Translate business goals into clear marketing priorities, plans, and KPIs.
• Analyse the customer funnel from acquisition to repeat orders, tracking CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates and ROI.
• Lead content creation, social media management, and local campaign execution.
• Manage relationships with content creators, agencies and other contractors.
• Collaborate closely with the Performance Manager on acquisition and campaign optimisation.
• Build local partnerships, PR initiatives and offline marketing activities.
• Test hypotheses, analyse results and continuously refine the marketing plan.
• Coordinate all local marketing activities with Jana Post headquarters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong generalist marketer with both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution abilities.
• Proven ability to develop independent marketing and social media strategies.
• Analytical mindset with solid understanding of the customer funnel and key performance metrics.
• Experience working with agencies, contractors or content teams.
• Fluent in Mongolian and proficient in English.
