Human Resources Manager

About the role

Premier Group, a growing Mongolian business group active in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and F&B, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently lead the core HR function of one of its group companies. The role reports directly to the Group CHRO and covers core HR functions, excluding training and development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR policies, labor compliance and employee relations
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
• Develop KPIs and manage performance evaluation processes
• Oversee HR administration, employment documentation, attendance and payroll coordination
• Drive employee retention and provide regular HR reports to the Group CHRO

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field
• 3+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years independently managing core HR functions
• Strong knowledge of Mongolian labor legislation and practical HR management
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management and employee relations
• Retail, fashion, hospitality or F&B experience is an advantage
