Human Resources Operations Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Operations Manager will lead daily HR activities for Badrakh Energy’s mining project in Mongolia. Based in Ulaanbaatar, this full‑time position ensures HR policies, employee records, and compliance are effectively managed.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Administer employee records, HR systems, and data management processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and organizational development initiatives.
• Provide guidance to leaders on HR best practices and handle employee relations matters.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in HR management with experience overseeing core HR functions.
• Knowledge of Mongolian labour laws and regulatory requirements, preferably in mining or energy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mongolian.
