Head of Procurement Department

About the role

Digital Concept LLC is seeking a strategic leader to head its Procurement department. The role will drive supplier management, contract negotiation and purchasing activities across the GS25 franchise network, ensuring cost‑effective and compliant sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee purchasing processes, order management, inventory alignment and cost control.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and international partners to support franchise operations.
• Lead a procurement team, providing coaching and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in retail, FMCG or related sectors.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
• Fluency in the local language and working proficiency in English; familiarity with Korean corporate culture is a plus.
