Site Logistics Supervisor

About the role

You will oversee and coordinate all onsite logistics activities for a solar project, ensuring efficient movement, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and equipment while supporting project schedules, HSE compliance, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site logistics operations and material movements.
• Coordinate material deliveries with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams.
• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of project materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
• Coordinate transportation activities and site fleet movements.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues that may affect project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of logistics experience within construction, infrastructure, energy or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of site logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control and transportation management.
• Experience coordinating material deliveries and equipment movement on construction sites.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
