Associate in Tax Reporting and Strategy

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Associate to join our Tax Reporting and Strategy team. You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting clients with tax, accounting and payroll compliance while gaining exposure to a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support statutory tax, accounting and payroll compliance engagements.
• Prepare tax returns, calculations and regulatory filings.
• Gather, organise and analyse client information for engagement delivery.
• Communicate with tax, social insurance and other regulatory authorities as needed.
• Research tax legislation and assist in preparing client deliverables.
• Draft reports, tax memoranda, working papers and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
• Leverage technology and digital tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, report writing and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mongolian.
• Client‑service orientation, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
