Service Advisor – Premium Automotive

About the role

We are a leading importer and retailer of premium and luxury automotive brands seeking a passionate Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a premium experience throughout the after‑sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage service job cards with accurate customer concerns and vehicle data.
• Explain technical information and repair work in a clear, customer‑friendly manner.
• Provide detailed, transparent estimates and invoices.
• Support Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets and address any customer concerns promptly.
• Liaise with workshop controllers and technicians to monitor job status.
• Ensure all service documentation complies with OEM standards and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in a service advisor or customer‑facing role, preferably within a premium or luxury automotive environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical customers.
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dealer Management System (DMS) platforms.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
