Business Development Manager – Remote (Mongolia)

About the role

PU Prime is a leading global CFD broker serving clients in over 190 countries. We are expanding our Mongolia business and need a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow our client base, IB network, and trading activity.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Acquire new clients and increase trading activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Drive monthly net deposit, trading volume, and revenue targets.
• Monitor partner performance and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior management to support market growth.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of business development or sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or active clients in Mongolia is preferred.
• Proven sales performance with recent business records.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, and partnership models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently remotely.
• Fluent in English and Mongolian.
