Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales function for ENC GROUP LLC in Mongolia, driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strategic planning, team leadership, and close collaboration with marketing, operations and finance to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance against key metrics.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and finance to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, analyse market trends and represent the company at client meetings, events and presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably within a commercial or B2B environment.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and coaching abilities with a focus on performance and professional development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Mongolian is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, accountability and customer‑focus, with willingness to work on‑site and travel within Mongolia as needed.
