Senior Auditor

About the role

ONCH & COMPANY is looking for a Senior Auditor ready to take ownership of audit engagements, work with diverse clients, mentor emerging professionals and develop the leadership skills needed for the next stage of a career. The role covers the full audit lifecycle, from planning to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior auditors, providing coaching, supervision and constructive feedback.
• Assess audit risks and internal controls and design effective audit procedures.
• Review financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS.
• Solve complex audit and accounting challenges and offer practical recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service.
• Drive engagement performance while staying compliant with ISA and professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4+ years of external audit experience.
• Proven ability to supervise junior auditors and coordinate audit fieldwork.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, ISA and risk-based auditing.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• High standards of professional integrity and accountability.

An advantage

• ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent qualification (completed or in progress).
• Experience with an international audit firm.
