Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager will lead sales and marketing initiatives for Euro Khan in Mongolia’s industrial and mining sectors. Based on‑site in Sukhbaatar, the role focuses on expanding market presence, building client relationships, and supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the industrial and mining sectors.
• Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
• Analyze market trends and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to align commercial activities with ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and account management within industrial or mining sectors.
• Strong marketing background, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in the Mongolian industrial or mining market is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site and travel within Mongolia as needed.
