Product Development Manager

About the role

The Product Development Manager will lead the planning, development and execution of the company’s business and marketing strategies, driving product growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement business and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess business potential.
• Plan and evaluate marketing activation projects to support sales targets.
• Increase market share by developing product and service offerings that meet customer needs.
• Design and launch incentive programmes to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and improve purchasing performance.
• Develop and execute plans to boost repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Prepare optimal sales budgets and growth plans.
• Organise training sessions related to project programmes for staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Project Management, Finance or Economics.
• 3‑5 years of experience in product/service development, brand building, online customer service, marketing, business analysis or related fields.
• Proven ability to conduct business and financial research, analyse data and generate insights.
• Knowledge of financial and capital markets.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
