Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and contribute to overall business growth. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and building strong client relationships while meeting ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize sales performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑oriented with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
