Sales Manager

About the role

Infinity Human Capital Management (IHCM) Mongolia is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the promotion of its workforce solutions. Based in Ulaanbaatar, you will work on‑site to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for IHCM’s recruitment and HR services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and management teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Support long‑term client retention and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience in a B2B or service‑focused environment.
• Strong track record in client prospecting, lead generation, account management, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of workforce solutions, recruitment services, or HR‑related offerings.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends, devise sales strategies and produce accurate forecasts.
• Organisational and time‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Comfort working in a multicultural setting and collaborating with international partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with sales analytics or reporting platforms.
