Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead multiple projects across the organization, ensuring that each initiative meets defined quality standards and delivers measurable results. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to design, execute, and monitor projects from ideation through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set quantifiable goals and track performance against them.
• Identify and mitigate project risks using quality‑management tools and data‑driven analysis.
• Maintain project documentation, databases, and visual dashboards for transparent communication with sponsors and team members.
• Allocate resources, coach team members, and provide project‑management guidance throughout each project phase.
• Analyze project data, monitor budgets, and ensure sustainability of results.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices to enhance overall project‑management excellence.
