Marketing Manager

About the role

Jana Post is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own and drive local marketing initiatives in Mongolia, translating business goals into measurable actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local marketing and social media strategy.
• Translate business goals into marketing priorities, plans and KPIs.
• Analyze the customer funnel from acquisition to repeat orders, tracking CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates and ROI.
• Lead SMM, content strategy and local campaigns, managing creators, agencies and contractors.
• Collaborate with the Performance Manager on acquisition and campaign optimisation.
• Develop local partnerships, collaborations, PR and offline initiatives.
• Test hypotheses, analyse results and continuously improve the marketing plan.
• Coordinate local marketing activities with Jana Post HQ.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong marketing generalist with strategic and hands‑on skills.
• Ability to independently develop marketing and SMM strategies.
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of the customer funnel.
• Proactive problem‑identification and solution‑driving approach.
• Experience working with agencies, contractors or content teams.
• Fluent Mongolian and good working English.
