Corporate Affairs Manager

About the role

The Corporate Affairs Manager will be based in Ulaanbaatar and will lead the company’s interactions with government agencies, key stakeholders and the public. This full‑time position ensures that KT&G Mongolia’s interests are represented effectively and that corporate reputation is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory and policy developments and prepare briefings for senior leadership.
• Coordinate responses to government inquiries and manage external relationships.
• Develop and implement corporate and internal communications plans.
• Organise corporate events and support community initiatives.
• Draft communication materials and ensure consistent messaging across functions.

Required profile

• Experience in public affairs, corporate communications or a related field, preferably in a regulated or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Government relations and policy analysis.
• Corporate and internal communications, including press release preparation.
• Fluency in English; Mongolian language skills are an advantage.
