M2M Program Partnership Specialist

About the role

The Mongolians to Mongolians (M2M) Program Partnership Specialist will lead the growth and sustainability of World Vision’s local sponsorship program in Mongolia. Reporting to the Resource Development Director, the specialist will strengthen sponsor relationships, ensure retention, and acquire new sponsors to meet income targets and support vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sponsor retention strategies that reflect local fundraising realities and cultural context.
• Engage sponsors through calls, personalized emails, newsletters, feedback mechanisms, and marketing materials.
• Conduct quarterly sponsor satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and act on feedback.
• Plan and deliver sponsor appreciation events, recognition campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.
• Acquire an average of 200 new sponsors annually through outreach campaigns, social media, community events, and innovative marketing approaches.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling recruitment materials such as brochures, videos, and digital content.
• Maintain targeted monthly payment performance and ensure transparency and accountability of sponsor contributions.

Required profile

• Experience in donor or sponsor relationship management within a nonprofit or NGO setting.
• Proven ability to design and execute retention and acquisition campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust.
• Ability to analyze survey data and implement improvement actions.
• Event planning experience and capacity to organize appreciation activities.
