About the role
The World Health Organization (WHO) in Mongolia is seeking a paid volunteer to support the 2026 World AMR Awareness Week (WAAW) communications and media package. The role focuses on coordinating multimedia production, designing content, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign materials.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a production plan, content calendar, and timeline aligned with campaign messages.
- Assist in creating a "Stewards for the Future" interview video, including interview planning, briefing, and coordination with a professional video supplier.
- Support the production of a high‑level media feature involving the WHO Representative or selected stakeholders.
- Coordinate with WHO Mongolia’s AMR and Communications teams to ensure consistency and quality of all media outputs.
- Provide operational support for the distribution and adaptation of content across social‑media platforms.
Required profile
- Paid volunteer with relevant communications and multimedia production experience.
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate closely with WHO teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and multiple deliverables.
