Head of Corporate Sales

About the role

The Head of Corporate Sales will lead Unitra LLC’s corporate sales function from its headquarters in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across industrial equipment and power product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets and develop strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, coach and monitor the performance of the corporate sales team.
• Manage key customer accounts and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients and distributors.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and service departments to guarantee timely delivery and support.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and contribute to annual business planning.
• Support strategic decisions that drive market expansion and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong business planning and strategic sales planning abilities.
• Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in industrial equipment or power products.
• Demonstrated team leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data‑driven decision‑making.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ulaanbaatar and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
