Director of Digital Experience

About the role

Premium Nexus JSC is seeking a visionary Director of Digital Experience to shape the strategy and growth of its CU App. You will lead product development, drive customer engagement, and create new revenue streams across its extensive retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the business and product roadmap for the CU App.
• Increase active users, engagement, repeat usage, and digital sales.
• Design personalized offers, promotions, and loyalty programs using customer data.
• Partner with Marketing to execute acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
• Collaborate with IT on system integrations, technical implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Build strategic partnerships in fintech, payments, delivery, and e‑commerce.
• Identify new digital business models, revenue streams, and growth opportunities.
• Manage KPIs, budgets, investments, and ROI for the digital business.
• Lead and develop the digital business team, ensuring cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital products, mobile apps, e‑commerce, fintech, banking, telecommunications or platform businesses.
• Track record of delivering measurable growth in users, engagement, revenue or sales.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technology‑enabled solutions.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing large cross‑functional projects involving Marketing, IT and other functions.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
