About the role

The Process Analyst will study, diagram, and evaluate the organization’s operational processes. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, overlaps, delays, accountability breaches, and risks, and proposing actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and create detailed process maps.
• Identify weaknesses, redundancies, bottlenecks, and risk points, and determine root causes.
• Recommend opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and systemisation.
• Develop improved process versions and collaborate with relevant units for implementation.
• Measure the impact of changes and suggest further enhancements.
• Draft, update, and maintain process documentation, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report process performance, issues, and improvement outcomes to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in process analysis, operational improvement, or business analysis.
• Proven ability to map processes, identify root causes, and design improvement solutions.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with capability to work with quantitative data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments and units.
