Construction Manager (EPC) – Site Based

About the role

The Construction Manager (EPC) is a full‑time, site‑based position working on a 14/14 roster. You will oversee end‑to‑end engineering, procurement and construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations and supervise construction teams and contractors.
• Monitor quality, safety compliance and manage project documentation and reporting.
• Work closely with project control, engineering, procurement and client stakeholders to address risks and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience leading construction teams and coordinating contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability in budgeting, cost control and project financial performance.
• Experience in large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
