Brand Manager – Beverage Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our bottled juice and sparkling soft‑drink portfolio in Mongolia. The role is full‑time, on‑site and reports to the commercial leadership team, working closely with marketing, sales and trade partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand plans that align with global guidelines and local market insights.
• Manage brand campaigns, promotional activities and creative production in collaboration with agencies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and consumer behavior to inform brand decisions.
• Analyse brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including marketing, sales, trade marketing and finance to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee brand budget, track spend and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.
• Support long‑term brand positioning, innovation projects and new product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management or product marketing within FMCG or beverage sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in the local language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
