Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth in Mongolia and the broader Central Asian market. You will translate our global strategy into locally‑relevant campaigns, lead a multidisciplinary team, and act as the bridge between the region and our Global HQ.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional market growth by adapting the global marketing strategy to local trends and competitive dynamics.
• Directly manage, mentor and coordinate a local team of KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events and Content specialists.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans tailored to Mongolia and its client community.
• Own the regional marketing budget (≈ $50,000 / month), allocate spend across channels and optimise for CPA and ROI.
• Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, user behavior and guide prioritisation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the local team and Global HQ, sharing insights and aligning on global campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of 3+ specialists.
• Background in fintech, crypto, retail trading or a similarly fast‑moving industry.
• Proven expertise in organic and partnership‑driven acquisition in Mongolia or Central Asia.
• Experience managing a monthly regional marketing budget of $50,000 and driving down CPA while maximising ROI.
• Native Mongolian speaker with fluent business English for daily cross‑regional communication.
