Superintendent – Mining Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead and coordinate transportation operations for a major mining logistics project at the Oyu Tolgoi Mine Site. The role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable and uninterrupted transport while adhering to HSE and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of multiple units and departments, driving efficiency and coordination.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and reliability of operational data and reports through review and validation.
• Develop and implement an integrated operational management framework and related policies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.
• Foster teamwork and uphold the organization’s core values.
• Maintain full compliance with HSE requirements and proactively manage operational risks.
• Provide effective leadership to guarantee safe, reliable and continuous transportation services.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
