Sales Consultant – On‑site in Ulaanbaatar

About the role

The Sales Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Ulaanbaatar, driving sales and building lasting client relationships. You will identify customer needs, present suitable product or service solutions, and guide clients through the purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations and assess client requirements.
• Present and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely follow‑up support.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support promotional initiatives and contribute to team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting and consulting abilities.
• Excellent customer service focus and satisfaction mindset.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic business and sales acumen, including negotiation and presentation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ulaanbaatar, manage time effectively and handle multiple engagements.
• Proficiency with common office and CRM software; prior sales or consulting experience is a plus.
• Secondary education or higher; a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is advantageous.
• Integrity, customer‑focused attitude and willingness to learn.
