Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead and grow sales activities for Gem International LLC within the assigned region, based in Khan Uul. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for planning, target setting, and managing key relationships with distributors, retailers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans, set targets and track performance.
• Manage relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts, including negotiation and contract management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate the sales team, conducting regular field visits.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure product supply and promotional activities.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven regional or territory sales management experience in FMCG, food or beverage sectors with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team, setting clear objectives and providing coaching.
• In‑depth knowledge of the local market dynamics in Khan Uul and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time, travel regularly within the region and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
