About the role

The company is seeking a senior executive to lead its overall strategy, operations and financial performance. The role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, ensure effective governance and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Provide professional leadership to all departments, ensuring robust financial and operational controls.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with domestic and international partners.
• Identify and implement initiatives to expand the business and increase profitability.
• Analyse market capacity, sales pipelines and performance data to make timely improvement decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in executive‑level management.
• Proven ability to design and implement medium‑ and long‑term growth strategies.
• Experience structuring teams and establishing performance‑based management systems.
• Strategic mindset with strong decision‑making capabilities.
