Mongolians to Mongolians (M2M) Program Partnership Specialist

About the role

The M2M Program Partnership Specialist drives growth and sustainability of the Mongolians to Mongolians local sponsorship programme. Reporting to the Resource Development Director, the role focuses on building lasting sponsor relationships, retaining existing donors, and acquiring new supporters to fund child‑focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sponsor retention strategies, including regular communications, satisfaction surveys, and appreciation events.
• Manage a portfolio of sponsors, responding promptly to inquiries and complaints with empathy and accuracy.
• Achieve an annual target of approximately 200 new sponsors through outreach campaigns, social media, community events, and influencer collaborations.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling recruitment materials such as brochures, videos, and digital content.
• Monitor and report on sponsor acquisition metrics, conversion rates, demographics, and campaign ROI.

Required profile

• Experience in donor relations, fundraising, or partnership development, preferably within a nonprofit or humanitarian context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse cultural settings.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quantitative targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
