Training Coordinator – Child Protection Compact Project

About the role

The Training Coordinator will lead the planning and delivery of training, workshops and capacity‑building activities for the Child Protection Compact (CPC) project in Mongolia. Working closely with government counterparts, implementing partners and service providers, the role ensures high‑quality, timely training that aligns with World Vision and donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day implementation of assigned training and capacity‑building activities, ensuring alignment with approved plans and schedules.
• Develop and monitor detailed training schedules, timelines and logistics, including venues, materials, accommodation, travel and participant management.
• Organise and facilitate workshops, trainings, meetings and learning events.
• Liaise with implementing partners, NGOs and government counterparts regarding training implementation.
• Support preparation of training agendas, session plans, materials and participant lists.
• Ensure proper completion, archiving and availability of attendance sheets, activity reports, photos, participant feedback and other documentation for donor and internal reporting.
• Assist trainers and consultants during delivery and coordinate post‑training feedback collection.
• Contribute to quarterly, annual and ad‑hoc project reports on training outputs and prepare briefs and updates for the Project Director.
• Coordinate closely with the Program Technical Specialist to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating training, workshops or capacity‑building activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with government agencies, NGOs and private‑sector partners.
• Strong organisational and logistical planning skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
