About the role
Sigma 3 Engineering LLC, established in 2007, provides engineering and supply solutions for critical industries such as energy and resources, covering electrical systems, material handling, power systems and water solutions. It is looking for a Technical Service Engineer for a full-time hybrid position based in Ulaanbaatar, able to conduct site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical services and support to clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the overall success of engineering projects
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working as a Mechanical Engineer in the mining industry
- 3 years of work experience at Oyu Tolgoi LLC
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and to conduct site visits
Required skills
- Proven expertise in technical services and technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with engineering concepts and systems
